Meet Laquainta
Meet Laquainta, the proud owner of La Luxury Creation, who has a rich and diverse background. Growing up in a deaf household, she learned American Sign Language as her primary language before learning English and Tagalog. With a mixed heritage that includes Black, Indian, Hawaiian, Samoan, Filipino, and White, she understands the value of inclusivity and is committed to celebrating diversity in all aspects of her event planning business. I grew up as the sixth child out of thirteen siblings, instilling in me a natural ability to manage large gatherings and bring people together.
At just 15, I discovered my love for creating delicious treats, which ignited my passion for event planning. My eclectic path has taken me from culinary courses and fast food to roles in phlebotomy and criminal justice, ultimately leading me to become a Nursing Assistant. With plans to launch my family childcare in 2025, I’ve honed my multitasking skills and developed a keen eye for detail along the way. Join me as I continue to blend my passions and experiences!
